Abstract
In this paper , we prove some theorems that characterize the logistic distribution with possible application of the characterization theorem is included. Key words: Logistic distribution, Characterizations, Exponential distribution, Laplace distribution, Pareto distribution, Homogeneous Differenatial Equation.
