Sociologists can predict the outcome of various human interactions by looking at past and present human situations.
6-What are some of the branches that work very closely with sociology?
Some of the branches that work very closely with sociology are psychology, criminology, anthropology, socio-economics and political science.

• It s important to understand that although sociology is a science of its own, it works very closely with other scientific fields. For some time, it was undecided whether sociology should be considered a science of its own, or simply new fields of study within other sciences. Some of the branches that work very closely with sociology are psychology, criminology, anthropology, socio-economics and political science.
بالرغم من ان علم الاجتماع هو علم قائم بذاته الا انه يعمل مع الحقول العلمية الاخرى. في الماضي لم يكون مقررا في ما اذا كان علم الاجتماع يعتبر علم قائم بذاته او مجرد حقل من حقول الدراسة الجديدة في نطاق العلوم الاخرى. ومن بعض الفروع العلمية التي تعمل مع علم الاجتماع هي علم النفس و علم الجريمة و علم الانسان و العلوم الاجتماعية الاقتصادية وعلم السياسة.
