In this chapter a review will made on the devices that mentioned and studies in the second class of electrical department, and it is very important to the student because its study is related with that studied in the second class.
The bipolar Transistor (BJT) is mentioned with its analysis model, with the measuring of its input impedance, gain (voltage and current) and output resistance. Here the use of approximation model is done. Also they study the common source analysis, common emitter analysis, common collector analysis. Offcourse it deals with small signal model. And use the h-parameter tow port network as analysis method, which depend on hybrid model between z and y so that the output voltage depend on the input voltage and current, and the output current depend on input voltage and current.
The field effect transistor (FET) is also studied, with its analysis model, with the measuring of its input impedance, gain (voltage and current) and output resistance. Also the looking to drain and looking to source analysis is studies. Offcourse it deals with small signal model.
