Computer Management manages the system to be highest efficiency in the performance, faster in commands running and others. To open it : control panel --> Administrative tools --> Computer Management.

Disk Management is a system utility for managing hard disks and the volumes or partitions that they contain. You can use Disk Management to perform disk-related tasks such as creating and formatting partitions and volumes with the FAT, FAT32, or NTFS file systems, and assigning drive letters.
