Introduction To Pharmaceutical Analysis
Course Objectives:
Understanding the purpose of qualitative and quantitative testes described in pharmacopoeial monographs.
Calculate the pharmaceutical content of formulated products from ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometric data.
Obtain structural information from infrared, mass spectrometric and and nuclear magnetic resonance data.
Select an a propitiate gas or liquid chromatographic method for the analysis of mixture of substances in formulated products or clinical samples.
