Biologically Based Therapies  : Using substances found in nature, such as herbs, foods, and vitamins. Herbalism, Nutritional Counseling and Folk Medicine .Aromatherapy “involves the use of essential oils (extracts or essences) from flowers, herbs, and trees to promote health and well-being.”
