Adverbs

An adverb is a word or a group of words that may modify a verb, an adjective or another adverb.

kinds of adverbs

There are seven kinds of adverbs;

1.    Manner; e.g . carefully, badly, well, somehow, hard.

2.    Time, e.g.   today, yesterday, tomorrow, now, then, soon.

3.    Frequency, e.g  one, twice, scarcely, always, often.

4.    Degree, e.g   fairly, rather, too, enough, quite

When , where ,why

1.    interrogative,  when, where, why.

     2. Relative , when, where, why.

Forms

Adverbs of manner are usually formed by adding the suffix "ly" to the corresponding adjectives;
