Concerning this situation, we have the suggested way to have hair cut at a barber s shop. This topic is as real as any other thing any can do in a daily life. If we pass through such a situation we have to know the procedure and the style followed by native speakers to follow. We do not have to think that such a need can be done easily and we can express ourselves in a correct way by using what we keep without referring to any other suggested style used by a native speaker. Take the first four opening questions which are of a grate value and they are semantically valuable.  They start with different starting points referring to the same goal having hair cut "How do you want it, sir?, How would you like it, sir?, How shall I cut it, sir? and How shall I do it, sir?". So, we have different options and different expressions to get what we need. Things have to be done in a perfect way and similar to the way used by native speaker.  So if we are acquainted with such ways we can increase our production. As far as the suitable way for such questions is concerned, we can state different ways to respond to such question but the native speaker has his/ her own ways and style to deal with such situations. So, he/she may respond saying, "Just a trim, please, Not too much off, please, Very short all over, please and Just tidy it up a bit, please". If we view such expressions we can say that each one contains two points: an announcement about the achievement of the goal and a hint about the mount of the money that has to be paid. Then we reach to the final step in which also two points have  to be stated: paying the fair and presenting favor and thankful by giving a tip. This reflects the mutual co-operation among society and the effect of presenting a service within a highly formal style.
