Now we approach another activity in which
we have to express our need in a railway station where different options are
available as well as different responses have to be suggested. In this
situation we are within the same procedure of four dialogues related to the
same topic which is to find your intended train. At the beginning, we have a
question the intended time for the intended train where the question is
"When does the London train leave, please? while in the second dialogue we have a
question also but about the intended train where the question is "Which
train do I take for Victoria, please?". In the third dialogue we have
another direction to ask about the place from which people always take their
trains beginning as :Which platform for London Bridge, please?, while the
fourth one takes us to another way to ask about something looks of a great
value like "What time s the next train to Victoria, please?". As far
as the responds are concerned, we have a formal way to answer the suggested
questions where they all come in the same procedure like "9025.Platform 3,
9.28. This end of Platform 2, 9.27 from Platform 1 and 9.26. Platform 4. Right
up at the front.". Then we have also a formal question restricted for time
to reach which is found in all the four dialogues which comes in different ways
but is related to the same point. After that there is a specification for the
starting time which also comes in different forms carrying the same intention.
Certain questions about changing trains
suggested in different ways which also looks as an important need has to be
clarified in advance. This question is answered in different ways which all
show the direction of the intended train.
