case presentation

Thirty years male patient present with history of passing part of water pipe around his penis witch cause obstruction to the urine flow and edema and swelling of the distal portion of the penis that prevent extraction of this water pipe with sever pain in the penis .

Surgery under general anasthesia done for removal of this water pipe from its impaction site around the penis.
