Chancellor's Letter

In the name of Allah the Most Gracious, the Merciful

The strategic plan for developing the University of Babylon and protecting its environment has been prepared to be as a pioneering experiment for all Iraqi universities. It is the first step on the path of future planning by cooperative with decision makers in the University in order to head for integrated progress.

In this document,the University of Babylon has declared its intention to adopt and execute visions, goals, strategies and projects so as to be as an international university by 2020.

We hope that this plan will be a modest attempt in developing the structure of higher education in Iraq to help it flourish and grow in our new Iraq.
