First: Processes Chamber Tasks

1-The supervision on executing the strategic plan for developing the University of Babylon for protecting its environment and coordinating with different directions at university in the matter of processing updates on proposed projects and preparing final lists according to priority and time table.

2-Coordination with the Department of Engineering Affairs, especially about infrastructure projects, Department of Scientific Affairs and Department of Progressive Education, especially about improving abilities and training courses, for preparing budget for executing projects according to priority and timetable (whether it is short duration or intermediate or longer duration). There is probably an agreement on specifying one month as a duration for the purpose of updating projects by colleges and research centers; those projects are listed in the current strategic plan and adopted by college's representatives in the chamber. 

Second: Connection chamber with university frame

 • It is clarified that the connection of processes chamber for strategic plan at the University directly with the Chancellor who represents a consultant side of planning domain for developing the University of Babylon and protecting its environment by coordination with its administrative institutions. On the other hand, the planning side will be provided with final lists of projects according to priority and timetable.

Third: Formation of Committees

The topic of committee formation has been studied to achieve chambers' tasks. The agreement on forming these committees has been done successively as follows:

•  A committee for preparing maps of (G.I.S) about three University sites.

• A committee for analyzing the requirements of proposed projects, especially about the lands of three University sites.

• A committee for preparing spatial strategy and manuscripts landuses of three University sites.

The Chancellor's agreement has been issued and dated on 21st of November 2009 for asking Engineering Affairs Manager to make direct instructions for the purpose of contracting with one of the specialized sides of G.I.S. network to provide the University with an entire set of maps.
