Vertual library, what is it?

It is an electronic website founded by the Ministry of Higher Education in the year of 2007, the Ministry cooperated with a group of global publishers in the fields of humanities and pure sciences in order to enable the Iraqi researchers to get the full researches and abstracts newly published, and this enable the researchers to put their hands on the last writings and get acquainted with the most important subjects in all fields. The registration in Iraqi prepositional library is done through the university registrar who opens an account for each researcher. This account enables the researchers search in the library.
