Organizational structure of the Department of Registration and Students Affairs

  1. Department of Registration and students affairs Unit of Statistics and Database Unit of certificate and Ratification Unit. of graduates follow-up Unit of Admission and Registration Administrative Unit

The section of the registration and student affairs includes the following units:

Administrative Unit – and its duties

  1. Follow-up mail (ministerial books, assistant scientific mail, Rector mail, colleges’ mail).
  2. Archive and electronic Archive.
  3. University commands.
  4. Issued and received.
  5. Follow-up the verification of issued books.
  6. Students’ training.
  7. Follow-up to Student Affairs (uniforms, complaints of students).
  8. Follow-up Affairs Section of staff registration and Student Affairs.

Unit of Admission and Registration- and its duties

  1. centralized Admission of students and direct acceptance Arrivals.
  2. Hosting.
  3. Evening studies.

Unit of Statistics and Database- and its duties

  1. University identified number (ID).
  2. Monthly update.
  3. Statistics for students and plan acceptance.
  4. System staff.
  5. Database and track the impact.

Unit of certificate and Ratification – and its duties

  1. Certificate ratification.
  2. Ratification of certificate of foreign.
  3. Clearance for the students.
  4. University pag.
  5. Wall Certificates.

Unit of graduates follow-up –and its duties

  1. Follow-up the employment of students in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
  2. Follow-up to honor the first.
  3. Follow-up to all the commands related to the first students.
  4. Checking and collecting of employment information in all governmental directories.
