This section is one of the most important administrative section, it looks as an administration operation,
has its efficiency in action the humble performance, and the extent in which the staff have cooperated
through their scientific-technical and practical talents to fulfill the university and ministry aims,
and by this operation the university- ministry will estimate their performance.
Through this operation we can also obtain many feats and specific information or dates
which will help the responsible of this operation in analyzing – understanding – Estimation the staff- performance,
in specific time. This operation or this judgment done on all the categories such as Teachers- staff- that is to say,
estimate each performance of this people and by this operation, we can distinguish between the active staff and those who are not.
Through this operation we can judge objectively and accurately.

- Unit of performance Evolution:- It is responsible on the following:
- Fill the evaluating file of the university and check all the information in order to be certificated by the head of university and his assistant for the scientific affairs and the manager of the Evolution perform ante’s Department.
- Check all the information in the Evolution performances’ files that belong to the colleges and their departments and sections, to be certificated by assistance Dean of the scientific affair and Head of university.
