A library is a building or room containing collections of
books, periodicals, and sometimes films and recorded
music for use or borrowing by the public or the
members of an institution; in software term, a
computer library is a collection of programs and
software packages made generally available, often
loaded and stored on a disk for an immediate use and
the word library is derived from the Latin word
Librarian (bookshop), and related to books from
libber .
The libraries are still the main pillars of any
civilization, in which the value of a paper may
reflect the attitude of a nation, its progress, and
social maturity. This is because of the intellectual
output of the information (secondary knowledge) and
different types of libraries may exist .
