In the present day , universities are not only centers for sciences or scientific research ,so they are not in isolation of the real life of the society but they have become the core of the development and creativity of the new Iraqi person , therefore; the college of education safiyil Deen Al-Hilli university of Babylon is an important influent of construction and progress in the society , it is one of voussior to promote the movement of education in Babylon city ,it contributes in making intellective generation who has a wide belief of the principles of Arab Nations and makes its possible task to achieve its aims through which create a future generation. the college of education appears high efficiency in doing its mission, for that reason it had been emerged to achieve its scientific goals which they can be satisfied the plan which was being drawn to it ,so that the college can interact with society positively through which it focuses on scientific and educational efforts, Also the college contributes to enrich the process of scientific research throughout the researches which college's professors did them ,so it developed college's scientific depts. and their activities to serve the society. This process will raise the educational level of the society. The college aims are:

1. make a big quality and quantity progress in the society in each and every kinds of scientific ,educational and cultural knowledge ;theoretical and practical.
2. Concentrate on modern educational methods which depend on a staid scientific basis, and create new professional teachers to teach in secondary schools that they get their responsibility to learn new generations.
3. contribute in develop an educational thinking and enrich ,grow the education philosophy which should be educational ,Arabic and Islamic philosophy that is gathering between originality and modernity
