College Message

Our College aims to achieve the needed Quantitative changes in the education and scientific means, as related to the environmental time function. This may be achieved through a legal follow-up and closed loop monitoring system of the education process of undergraduate and postgraduate students, supported by a pattern of continuous research and developments. The objective remains within closing the gap between our society, of the developing world, and that of the developed nations; and this may represent a learning output of peaceful and prosperous society. College Goals

  1. The primary goal of our College is to qualify scientific and teaching cadres in the various disciplines to work as scientific tools leading to the level of creativity .
  2. Qualifying graduates with the necessary practical skills to help them work in the fields of work .
  3. Preparing distinct higher scientific cadres who are able to join in postgraduate studies so as to effectively participate in solving scientific and technical problems .
  4. Attempting to open postgraduate studies in the field of biology, which are not available currently. There are, in fact, evening studies in th Department of Computer Science in addition to the morning studies paving the way for students who did not have the chance to get their degree in the morning studies, which will help them take their role in building their country .
  5. Developing the most modern scientific methods of teaching through the use of inputs such as new communications via the Internet and uses and applications of the laser.
  6. Promlgating scientific cultural awareness among students through their application in other state offices for the completion of their undergraduate research .
  7. Developing the scientific curricula coinciding with the evolution of other colleges through constant interaction among these colleges and institutes so as to disseminate the scientific, cultural and social awareness by using the various devices such as symposiums, book exhibitions and lectures by lecturers from inside and outside the university.
  8. Enhancing the role of Iraqi women through carrying out research and field application .
