Section Diagram

This department contain the following units:-

  1. The Administrative Section:-
  2. This section manages all the administrative mutters or thinking of the staff such as saving the files and documents printing the officials orders-books more over to the continuation of the post between the university and other institutions .

  3. Providing Unit:-
  4. Its job depending on choosing the books- the requirements of dedication this unit includes these sub-units:

    1. Buying and Recording the Books.
    2. Interchange- Exchange and dedication.
  5. Technical Procedure Unit:-
  6. Makes the index of the books, or the categories of the books ,it includes sub-units:

    1. Arabic books' unit.
    2. English books' unite.
  7. The Systematical Unit:-
  8. Supply-provide all the automatically services for all the newly-printed book in the library. This unit includes these sub-units:

    1. Internet unit.
    2. Automatically Searching unit.
    3. Computer and information unit.
    4. Information or systematical unit.
  9. The Beneficiary's' services Units:-
  10. Facilitates all the requirements of borrowing books-these-journals inside and outside the library and the procedure the following in returning the books ,this unit consists of these sub-units :

    1. Borrowing.
    2. References.
    3. Journals.
    4. Theses.
    5. New –printed unit .
    6. Religious –printed units.

There is a suggestion of new unites, they are:-

  1. Sub-Libraries Unit:-
  2. Responsible on continuation of the technical matters in the colleges' and researching fields –centers in the university .

  3. Training Unit:-
  4. Making and fulfill all the training programs in the library and other libraries in the university during the work-or the hours of work.

  5. Printing and Copy Unit:-
  6. Printing each book made or writer by the educational staff in the university moreover to the other journals and papers.
