Staff  Developing Center

 

Established 1992, to include all aspects of life that may concern the local and regional society. It is one of the essential educations bodies, through which the university progressed its programs since 1992. This center initiated the training and development of internal and external staff, by facilitating different courses and seminars to improve quality of individual performances at different environmental time functions, in an organized and monitored system. This continuous education center comprises a few key figures, such as:

  • The Manager
  • Head of Training & developments
  • Head of finance Head of related computer center


Herein, the centre develop and improve skills of staff and professionals of all related areas, to serve local and regional society, and to upgrade and empower all human resources of present and future generation, using the university ethos. The centre have achieved about 250 successful courses in the areas of science, engineering, computers, and medical related skills.

The Duties

  • The Staff Developing Center at the University of Babylon prepares monthly programs of training courses in the areas of administration, technical, science, and internet
  • Establish conferences, seminars, development programs, quality programs
  • Produce and improve educational means (print and on-line)
  • Facilitate for theoretical and practical sides of learning; • Extend bridges of cooperation with other local and nationwide socio-industrial institutions
  • Update a directory index of the annual university activities and the objective of the continuous education centre is to serve the well-being of the local and regional society, by updating their skills .
