Cultural and Artistic activities

1. Holding a cultural meeting discussion about the harms and risks of smoking dated 23- 2-2010 with the college of education /ibn hayyan with the assistance of Sports Medicine association.
2. Participating in the Cultural week held by the college of basic education from 9-5-2010 to 12-5-2010.
3. Holding the fourth annual Spring festival from 10-5-2010 to 13-5-2010 including :
• Scientific competition.
• Reading Quraan competition.
• Playing an English movie “the old man and the sea” for the participants of English department students.

The outer Activities

1. Participating in the Iraqi universities football competitions held in Basra from 6-4 to 13-4-2010 and gaining the third position .
2. Participating in the Iraqi universities Tennis and ping pong competition held in Kufah University from 25-4 to 1-5-2010 .
3. Participating in the students’ camp in Ducan damp from 8-5- to 12-5-2010 .
