This unit relates to the office of the university rector assistant for the administrative and financial affairs where it has created according to university decree No. 5131 in 30-4-2006.
It have been entitled to follow the departments activities belonging to the office of the administrative assistant and absences, appreciations, rewards, officials evaluation statements and the different works of the committees .
